A Team You Can Trust with Your Health

Anewu Physical Therapy is a team of highly trained Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in pelvic health, orthopedic care, and complex pain. We give patients the time, attention, and expertise they deserve—because better care leads to better outcomes.

We created Anewu because we knew patients needed more.

More time. More answers. More personalized support.

In a system where many clinics have to rush due to insurance-driven practices, we’ve built something different: a place where your story is heard, your care is thorough, and your provider can fully focus on helping you heal.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or managing symptoms others haven’t been able to solve—you’re not alone. We’re here to help.

What Sets Us Apart?

We seek the highest levels of training and qualification

Each of our therapists has advanced post-doctoral training in pelvic health and orthopedic care. We bring deep empathy, clinical curiosity, and a commitment to treating the whole person—body and mind.

We’re people like you.

We are parents, athletes, caregivers, and life-long learners. We understand how pain or dysfunction affects every part of life—and we take that seriously.

We are focused on our craft

Our private-pay model gives us the freedom to focus fully on you: longer sessions, deeper evaluation, better communication, and care that’s designed around your goals.

SARAH HIEB
Manager of Operations

Sarah is inspired by her own motherhood journey to support others so that they can find more joy and freedom in life. After her first birth, she was surprised to learn that many postpartum symptoms are common, but not normal. Through education about pregnancy and postpartum and experiencing pelvic floor physical therapy, she has found a greater strength and connection to her body. Her wish is that everyone can thrive in pregnancy, postpartum, and life.

She is a Certified Babywearing Consultant and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about supporting new and expecting mothers (and other caregivers) to find confidence through education, movement, and connecting to their inner strength.

She, her husband, and their two young children live in Lafayette and enjoy taking advantage of all Colorado has to offer, from hiking and rock climbing to skiing and mountaineering. On any given day you’ll find her outside or in the yoga studio.
